Refund Policy
All items sold on GenZPD.com are made-to-order and fulfilled through a third-party dropshipping service. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. If you received a flawed or incorrect product, please contact us via e-mail within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photograph of the issue. We'll work with the supplier to resolve the problem quickly. Please note: we cannot issue refunds for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or delays caused by the shipping center.
